What is your return policy?

We will gladly accept any unused item within 10 Days of purchase for a refund or an exchange (shoes must not be used). Please return goods with a copy of the invoice and mention the reason for returning the items. Customer needs to return the merchandise via traceable delivery i.e. courier or registered post on his own expense to our address. Return shipment charges will be paid by the customer. If the problem is from our side then we will pay. Refund requests will be processed within 10 to 15 working days after receiving the return products. How to return or exchange items?

Step 1: Complete the return form. Write the problem on the simple page with your return shipment and send it to our given address or call us to inform about the return or exchange.
Step 2: Repack the merchandise and send it back to the provided address.

How will I get my refund?

There are two options for a refund:
Coupon Code: You can get the refund amount by receiving a coupon code equivalent to the amount you purchased. You can later use that coupon code to buy anything from our website.
Cash Back: If you don't want the refund via coupon code and wish to get the money back, then we can transfer you the amount via Bank transfer or Easy Paisa.
